DINER'S PERPECTIVE -
A rose by any other name is still a rose and when hand carved out of beets they are not only beautiful but delicious as well. Roast until tender and plate with whatever protein strikes your fancy. For those who like nutritional tidbits, beets have good amounts of potassium which lowers heart rate and regulates metabolism inside cells by countering detrimental effects of sodium, so eat more beets!
