Meyer Lemon

This lemon is about the same size as a conventional lemon, but is more round and has a thinner, smoother skin, which also translates to its flavor that is sweeter, far less acidic and tart, and much “smoother” than any other lemon. It can be eaten out-of-hand, which speaks to its wide array of culinary applications and its popularity is growing annually. How about a Meyer Lemon cheesecake?! Store between 45-50 degrees F, and keep dry.
