The Casaba Melon is a round, pumpkin-shaped melon with wrinkly gold skin and white/light-orange flesh. Its flavor is mild and slightly cucumber-like. The Casaba Melon makes a nice addition to fruit salads, fruit salsas, chilled soups, smoothies and frozen drink concoctions.
