Established in 1993, California Specialty Farms began as a boutique specialty produce shipper. Specializing in fresh herbs, hand carved and turned vegetables, and sourcing the unique “bits & pieces” needed to fulfill culinary appetites of all kinds; was and remains one of our hallmarks. Although times have changed and the specialty produce world has evolved, our desire and commitment remain the same!
