These unusal looking specimens are roundish in shape with a pale yellow white color. Their skin is thin and the flesh slightly sweet with a slight lemon overtone. Wash well and peel if you desire, enjoy tossed with tomatoes, some ribbons of basil and some salt. 5lb case
