Also called the Bhut Jolokia, the Ghost Chile is gaining fame quickly as the world’s HOTTEST chile pepper.  The ghost chile measures 855,000 Scoville units (whereas the Habanero measures 100,000 to 200,000).

Use gloves when handling this atomic chile.  Reconstitute in water for 10 minutes.  Then dice or puree, and add to salsas, sauces, stews or soups.
