The Crimini Mushrooms is similar in appearance to a “Button Mushroom” – but is usually larger and meatier. Saute, roast or grill criminis. Use in sauces or vegetable medleys. Add to kabobs. Stuff the caps with a savory spinach, sausage or crab stuffing. Criminis are quite versatile and have great flavor.
