Store between 45-50 degrees F and keep covered in their shipping carton. Approximately 8-10 potatoes per pound, 3” to 3 & ¾” in length, and 1” to 1 &1/2” in diameter. Keep these and all potatoes from light while in storage. Fingerlings are labeled as such for their elongated shape. Available in red, white, and purple varieties, they are loved for their earthy flavors and skins that are thin and delicious as well. Although they do not produce ethylene gas, they are sensitive to it, so keep away from other ethylene producing produce for a longer shelf life. 10lb & 50lb case
