• The Chanterelle Mushroom has an earthy, wild mushroom flavor with hints of apricot.  It has a pleasing, meaty texture.
  • Reconstitute in warm water, wine or stock for 30 minutes.  Reserve soaking liquid for extra flavoring in your recipes, if desired.
