White Truffles are fungi that grow underground, and have an incredible rich, earthy taste. They have a more complex flavor combination than Black Truffles. White Trufflels have a wonderful musky flavor with undertones of spice, garlic and hay. White Truffles are usually shaved over raw or cooked dishes. A very small amount adds big flavor.
